Appearance (for reference only): Yellow-brown powder. Produced by liquid deep fermentation of Aspergillus niger and refined, it is a highly active enzyme for dissolving pectin.
Usage: This product is for research use only and not for other purposes. (The following uses are for reference only) Used for hydrolyzing pectin and proteins. It can function alone or in combination with other enzymes to degrade pectin, producing galacturonic acid and oligogalacturonic acid, among others.
